Wall Panels

Box Beam Door and Window Headers
Height: 300mm (min) - 1200mm (max) - Refer to Span Charts
Thickness: To suit wall panels
Length: Beam lengths up to 6mm availale, refer to Span Charts during design and prior to order
Infill Window Wall Panels
Height: 300mm up to 1200mm, can be used horizontally or as joined pieces vertically, to suit window height
Thickness: To suit wall panels
Length: 300mm, 600mm, 1200mm
Floor and Roof Panels
Thickness: 175mm (R4.4) - Contact us for thicker sizes

Notes:
- Sizes are based on design dimensions
- Actual sizes are smaller to allow for install tolerance
- Other sizes may be available upon request
- 27mm electrical conduit to wall panels horizontal at 300mm and 1200mm high and vertical to full width panels
- SIPS Joining Splines supplied in 2700mm and 4800mm lengths
- H2 & H3 timber available pre-cut on request for top, bottom plates, windows and end closers

Spans
The roof can span up to 6m unsupported. Floor spans can be up to 2.4m between supports, they can span further, subject to deflection requirements.
